To tune the bonnet to the Honda Civil 8: To remove the front fender trim, front grille, and panel, then looser all the bolts. Adjust the bonnet location in the following order:
- The removal of the front-wing, front grille, and foot panel.
- Then looses all the bolts a little bit.
- Adjust the bonnet location in the following order:
Adjust the hood to the left and to the right, as well as to the front and back, using extension holes in the bonnet;
Rotate the extreme pillows of the bonnet to the front of the chassis to the front and side.
- tighten the bolts at 9.8 Nm.
- Verify that the hood is free and is securely closed.
- Apply the paint to the mounting bolts of the hinges and around the hinges, as well as carry the universal lubricant to the bonnet and the noose.
