It's a pretty common problem for the Hover. The hatch is broken in winter, in a heavy frost, and there is a strong clap, and the glass is flopping into small pieces. This is a structural handicaps. To avoid getting cut from the fallen glass in winter, it is recommended to drive with a closed door closed.
