Most likely a non-return valve is a common problem on the Honda Jazz. To clean it, you need to lift the fifth door and find the connector (there is an arrow) that leads to the washer. You need to remove the connector and clean the needle carefully so as not to damage the inner rubber. Distilled water should be poured into a tank of distilled water.
