You must use a VAG COM adapter in order to encode the control units in the 4th generation AD A4. We go to the main window of the program and select the system we need. Then select the Coding-07 button and press the long encoding. See a list of functions that can be activated and deactivated. Put a check mark in front of the desired bit and then switch to the next bit. We leave the long encoding and save the settings.
