Water generally appears after washing or after heavy rain in the front passenger's legs.
The metal panel has a cavity in which water is flowing. You need to disconnect the connectors and find the culvert.
The ducting tube ends up just above the water's cavity. There is a small hole in the bottom of the cavity that is likely to be filled with water going to the salon. This hole needs to be cleaned, for example, with a piece of thick wire.
