To find out the cause, you need to try to close the central lock, and leave the lub open and see whether the pin is closed or not. When the car is closed, the lube must be blocked. If this is not the case, several possibilities could be oxidiated: the pins on the actuator may have been oxidiated, and the transmission itself may have failed. Also, it may be blocking something, for example, ice.
