If you are using the Mercedes S-class navigation system (W221), you can select one of the following route settings:
- A fast path-in this case, the system determines the route with a minimum traffic time.
- The dynamic route is almost identical to the fast path, but the data of the service of the TMS reporting on the road environment-for example, the presence of a closed section of the road, etc.
- Economic route-choice of minimum fuel consumption. The route also takes account of the information provided by the traffic services.
- Short route is the choice of the minimum distance.
You can also configure additional options-avoid motorways, toll roads, etc.
