Gat Wall Hover blinks and goes off

Repeatedly flickering or disclosing display is a problem in most of the Hovers. The problem, unfortunately, is not in the contacts of the wires, as many think. The problem is the quality of the chip. Only an experienced electro can solve this problem. It will require cleaning and pausing and replacement of a number of capacitors.
