After an independent replacement of oil or other expenses at BMW 1, it is necessary to reset the service information in the vehicle computer. To do so, do the following:
- Turn on the ignition and press the reset button on the instrument panel for a few seconds.
- After the service menu displays, release the button.
- The switch on the switch to turn indicators is selected by choosing the desired maintenance item-replacement of oil, brake pads, brake fluid, etc.
- Press and hold the end button on the indicator switch to reset the readings.
