The cruise control at the Jeep Grand Cheroki WK is controlled by a button on the steering wheel.
- The ON/OFF button is used to activate and deactivate the cruise control.
- The SET key-commits the current speed in memory of the system. Once pressed, the foot of the gas pedal can be removed-the speed will be maintained automatically.
- Cancel button disables the cruise control. At this rate, the specified speed remains in system memory (as opposed to the ON/OFF button that erases the installation).
- The Resume/Accel button resell the specified cruise speed. Also, if you press it while the system is powered on, you can increase the speed of the cruise control. Each short click increases the speed by approximately 3 km/h.
- The Decel button will reduce the specified speed.
