To replace the heat sink on a Skoda Yeti: Open the hood and remove the heat sink. Then unplug the fans on the top of the radiator. Unmount the hose assemblies on the heat sink. Unmount the fan heaters on the right side. verify that the quick disconnect connections are compatible with the non-original heat sink.

  1. Open the hood and remove the air intake.
  2. Then disconnect the hoses and the connectors to the heat sink fans located at the bottom of the car.
  3. Next, remove the fans from the panel by removing the four carrots along its perimeter.
  4. Disconnect hoses with quick-connector connections on the heat sink.
  5. Unmount the fuel filter and remove the chillings of the air conditioner on the right side of the conditioner.
  6. Carefully remove the air conditioner hoses, turn off the four heaters of the heat sink and remove the radiator by pulling it up.
  7. Install the new heat sink.
  8. The assembly is in reverse sequence.
  9. If you are installing a non-original heat sink, it is recommended that you verify that the quick disconnect connections are compatible.
