As the original air flow meter on the Aodi 104th generation with the AVI engine is expensive enough, it can be replaced with the Volga equivalent. For this, we purchase a flow-meter under the number 20.3855 from AVTEL, Bosh HFM62C/11 or Siemens 5-pin VDO 5WK9 635. You will also need to: The flow-meter connector, a hose with an internal diameter of 70 mm and a length of approximately 100 mm (e.g. from KAMAZ), a warm air from Zhiguly (used as a converter), a transition box with a microprocessor to convert the output of the flow-meter to a linear transformation.
- The flowmeter connector
- A hose with an inner diameter of 70 mm and a length of approximately 100 mm (e.g. from KAMAZ),
- [ [ heat supply]] from the [ [ Gougui]] (used as a converter),
- A transition box with a microprocessor to convert the flow meter's output characteristic to a linear transformation.
The installation process is as follows:
- Remove the air filter and the regular flow-meter from which the connector is removed.
- With the help of the soldering iron, we increase the airhole and put in the Volga meter.
- Seize the installation location.
- Connect all to the normal plug.
- Beckwith a transition processor.
- Catering 12 V from the ignition coil to the flowmeter
- Start the car and test the engine with a scanner.
