On Solaris, rear shock absorbers from a number of other cars are suitable:
1. The original shock absorbers for Opel Astra H and their analogues. The order number is KYB 343307. The following will be required:
Lower rack mounted (1 m thick, 12 m inside diameter, 14 mm outside diameter). The upper anchorage will need to be extended by approximately 1.5 mm. This shock absorber is a bit longer than the original for Hyundai, but it has no effect on its operation.
2. Original shock absorbers for Acura MDX 2001-2002 and their analogues. The order number is KYB 344353. The following will be required:
The upper anchorage will have to be increased by several pucks. The number and thickness of the puck must be selected based on the difference in length with the original shock absorber.
3. Original rear shock absorbers for Opel Astra G and analogues. The order number is Koni 80-2796. No income is required.
