Initially, you must unmount the upper part of the cover by turning the rudder 90 degrees to the left and then to the right. There are latches that can be used to drive a flat-blade screwdriver. Now you can pull the cover up and take off. The bottom part is held on two bolts from the bottom. They need to be turned off.
Before you begin, remove the key from the ignition lock.
