It is very easy to replace the second generation of the second generation shock absorber because it is not installed inside the springs, but next to it. The best way to work is on the lift, but also an overpass or even a level platform (if there is a good jack and a flogging). First, remove the lower retaining screw of the shock absorber, and then unscrew the upper retention nut of the shock absorber and remove the shock absorber. The installation is done in reverse order.
