Should I change the oil in the Mzda Mazda 6 I?

The manufacturer recommends that you change the oil in the manual gearbox for Mazda 6 at 100,000 km. 5 years after the start of operation (whichever is earlier). Recommended oil-MOBIL1 75W90, fuelling volume-2.89 litres.
