If the clutch of Lifan Smiley becomes too soft, or the clutch itself begins to "weigh", first the tightness of the drive train system should be checked. To do this:
- We press the pedal about 60 to 100 times until it becomes elastic. If the pedal is still soft, or the clutch does not turn off completely, the air still remains in the system.
- Checking the level of fluid in the top hat of the clutch. If necessary, we will pour it.
- Do not detach the production cylinder from the system, remove it.
- Press the cylinder lever until it stops and release it. Repeat the procedure 10 times.
- Put the cylinder back, check the fluid level in the system, press the clutch 30 times.
- If necessary, repeat all steps several times. If, after that, the air is still present in the system, the main or working cylinders of the clutch are changing.
