On various modifications of Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, the working fluid level of the automatic transmission is determined differently. There are no models with a 3.6-litre gasoline engine and a 3.5-litre diesel engine, so to check the level it is necessary either to contact the service or to buy or make the probe on its own. On models with a 5.7 litre engine, check the level of the liquid as follows:
- We're driving around about 25 miles to get the oil in the box.
- Put the car on the horizontal floor, leave the engine running at idling speed.
- Switch the ACPR selector between all the modes and leave it in position R.
- I'll take the probe, wipe it and put it back in.
- We get the probe again and we check the oil level. It must be between the holes in the NIT label
