The heating system shall heat the seat to the specified temperature and shall be deactivated. Again heated only after the seat temperature has dropped to a certain point. But, as the seat is heated, it may give the impression that the heating is switched on one time, after which it does not work.
In models equipped with climate control, the function of heating of seats is directly related to it: the seat constantly supports the temperature specified by the climate.
