Adjust the head restraint to Nissan Teana in such a way that its centre is around the middle of the ear. To do this, lift the head restraint and press the retainer to the appropriate position. You can also adjust the angle of the head restraint to the front or rear of the head restraint.
The rear head restraints are only adjustable for fixed positions. To remove the head restraints (for example, if you are installing a children's chair), press the retainer to pull the head restraint upward.
