Initially, we need to remove the five clips on the perimeter of the ceiling. The clipps are comfortable with a flat-blade screwdriver and pull the rope around them. Then we need to remove the ceiling pens, the baker (if any), the visor and the front, middle and rear racks on one side of the car.
Now you need to remove the factory noise isolation sheets. It's done with arms and plastic scraps. You have to be careful not to scratch the paint. Then you need to glue a layer of vibration-insulating material, and then you need a layer of noise insulation. Shame can be reinforced with metallized duct tape.
The assembly is in reverse sequence.
