If the standard dashboard is installed in the VAZ-2110, its test mode is activated as follows: Press and hold the mileage reset button, activate the ignition.
- Press and hold the mileage button,
- activate the ignition.
If the arrows on the dashboard describe the arc, then the test mode has started. If not, the car is likely to have a non-original dashboard, and the test mode is run in some other way.
In the self-test mode, the VAZ 2110 dashboard displays the following error codes:
- 2-Excess voltage
- 3-Fuel level sensor error *
- 4-Coolant temperature sensor error *
- 5-Outer temperature sensor error * *
- 6-Engine overheating * **
- 7-Emergency oil pressure * **
- 8-Brake defect * **
- 9-Battery * **
- E-Identify the error in the EEPROM data package
*-An error is logged if within 20 seconds. a sensor edge is recognized; **-an error is logged if within 20 seconds. Not recognized by valid sensor data (indication at LCD " ° C "); * ** shall be accompanied by a sound signal.
This self-diagnosis of engine systems can be carried out on the VDO panels of machines up to 2005.
