To lubricate the oven engine on the Ford Mondeo III: Remove the fan connector. Remove the fan connector from the fan. Remove the plastic cover of the fan assembly by twirling the fan tray out of the enclosure.The next step is to rotate the fan base to get the oil in between the tunnel' s tuner and the shaft.
- Unmount the glove box.
- Then disconnect the fan connector.
- Remove the plastic cover of the fan by unscrewing the three carroes.
- Next, extract the electronic engine from the cover.
- The ventilation of the ventilator by means of a foot pump to eliminate the abrasion.
- Adjust the fan assembly so that the bottom of the fan is on the table and wipe it off.
- Soil the lower ventilator of the fan, preheat the top of the box (to form a gap between the rampart and the shaft).
- The next step is to rotate the fan base to allow the oil to penetrate between the tulk and the shaft.
- Rebuild and put the fan assembly so that the retina is on top.
- Soil the gap between the bottom of the manifold and the enclosure of the fan.
- Also, rotate the ratchet to enter the oil between the shaft and the tuller.
- Collect everything in reverse sequence.
