To change the heater engine at the Audi 100 P4, do the following: We disconnect the minutes from the accumulator. Split the air conditioner. disconnect the temperature sensor, the heater, the temperature controller, the vacuum hose, the vacuum hose, and release the main wiring harp and release the heater retaining bracket. Remove the heater from the heater. Remove the yellow, green, and red heaters from the heater. pre-mark the hoses. We remove the hoses by rolling the heater enclosure. Remove the heater heater. Remove the heater heater. We remove the heater motors. We remove the heater motors and then install a new one in the reverse sequence.

  1. Disconnect the wire from the battery.
  2. Cooling coolant.
  3. We're in the air conditioner.
  4. Disconnect the temperature sensor connector, the heater, the temperature controller, the vacuum hose, and the outside air inlet.
  5. Disconnect the main wiring harness and release the retaining bracket.
  6. Hose the hoses off the heater radiator.
  7. Remove the yellow, green, and red hoses from the heater before they can be placed.
  8. The hoses are removed.
  9. Under the bonnet and in the occupant compartment, the propellers of the heater/vaporizer.
  10. We're taking off the heater node.
  11. Release the clamps and divide the shell into two halves.
  12. Shooter motor.
  13. Install a new one in reverse sequence.
