Replacement of the frame and drain pipes of the roof hatch of the Honda Civil 8

1. Dismantling the roof and roof of the roof hatch.
2. Detach the drive connector to wear protective gloves.
3. Detach four discharge pipes at the corners of the roof hatch.
4. Detach the internal tourniquet by clicking the six clamps along the perimeter of the roof hatch.
5. Carefully dismantle the frame with an assistant by removing the nine rack-mounting bolts (starting from the rear) and removing the chassis from the back hooks.
6. Carefully remove the frame from the passenger compartment by using the assistant through the front door without damaging the interior lining, the seat covers and the body.
7. To remove the front discharge valve from the shell, remove the protective panel and the lower part of the driving panel or the passenger control panel (RK or RK).
8. Remove the front drain pipe by disconnecting the tabs.
9. To remove the rear outboard valve from the shell, attach the rope to the upper end of the back of the receiver, then pull back the side of the back plate and remove the drain tube from the rack.
10. Install the frame and the drain tube in reverse order.
11. Before installing the frame, clean the drain pipe and the discharge valve with compressed air.
12. Also perform a test of the ram seal, the surface of the frame.
13. Install the frame, starting with the attachment of the back hooks to the holes in the body.
14. With a mountpipe, skip it by 10 mm above the frame and adjust the clamps on the flush tube.
