The simplest way is to buy the right fog lamp from the right-handed version of Lancer and install it by connecting it to the left. But there is also a less costly way. The lancer's right reflector is almost a full lamp, but there's no hole under the lamp. You can cut a hole, purchase an original or similar plaid, insert a lamp, and install it all in a cut hole. You should use the mm/nick to connect wires, as there is a lot of dirt and moisture under the car's bumper. The cells need to be carefully wrapped around the tape.
