The deflectors (from the Latin word for "defuse") side windows are flexible pads made of acrylic glass or plastic and repeated bending of the car door. Another name that has been given to them by the car owners is the "branch", as they protect against the counterwind in case of open windows.
First of all, any deflector must be strong enough to withstand the strength of oncoming air flows. In a car wash, this element must also be able to withstand the pressure of the water.
In addition, the form of the product is also very important. The deflector shall fit tightly to the glass, repeating its shape. That is why they are specially manufactured under a specific car model.

The fact is that during the driving of the car, the glass and the deflector are regularly confronted with each other, with the thickness of the deflector to be equal to the thickness of the glass itself.
