To replace the diesel fuel filter on A4 3rd generation motor vehicles with a 4 cylinder engine, do the following: Remove the protective cover of the engine, remove the fuel-filter bracket and remove the controller from the fuel line. Remove the hose bracket, remove the fuel filter. We put the new filter and fill it with fresh diesel fuel. 1. Remove the protective cover of the engine;
2. Remove the mounting bracket from the fuel filter and the fuel line controller.
3. Shooting hoses off.
4. Loosen the cable-management arm, remove the fuel filter.
5. We put on a new filter and fill it with fresh diesel fuel.
6. Set it all back. When installing the regulator, it is important to ensure that the ring compaction position is correct.
