The temperature indicator may be triggered for no apparent reason, including at normal temperature and coolant level. This can occur for several reasons:
- A coolant level sensor or a circuit;
- The antifreeze has lost its quality and needs to be replaced.
The coolant level sensor can be easily tested and can be moved (located in the expansion bar) and also check the connector. If the float does not change the position of the float, a replacement of the sensor is required.
