To remove the intake system on Mazda 3 (I), you must: Remove the bottom cover and remove the slot cover and remove the airliner from the air filter. Remove the air duct cover. Release the air duct and release the air duct. Remove the engine coolant from the engine. Remove the throttle back tube and disconnect the exhaust pipe tube from the intake manifold. The collector, having previously detaching the cable-management arm, attaching the bolts and the attachment nut to the exhaust gas recirculation pipe.

  1. Deactivate the KB and dismount the bottom cover.
  2. Next, remove the slot cover and the PCM assembly.
  3. Then remove the air filter cover, remove the filter element and remove the air filter body.
  4. Next, remove the inlet cover and the air duct.
  5. Disconnect the air hose and remove the vent valve.
  6. Engine coolant from the engine.
  7. Remove the throttle connection and detach the exhaust gas recirculation tube from the intake manifold.
  8. Then disconnect the coolant hose from the coolant tube.
  9. Remove the intake manifold by disconnecting the adapter cable-arm.
  10. To install the anchoring bolts and bolts of the exhaust gas recirculation tube.
  11. Align the labels on the throttle and air hose.
  12. Insert the intake air duct into the rubber mounts on the arm of the PSC.
  13. Pin the radiator frame and inlet system air duct by using the bracket.
  14. Install the PCM assembly connector into the air filter and press the lever to the point blank.
  15. Perform further installation in reverse order.
