A blue lamp is lit on the restyling car at the start of the engine on the lavatory. It's a coolant temperature lamp. Blue indicates that the engine is not warmed up to the operating temperature. As soon as the lamp is out, the engine is hot and we can go. If the lamp is lit by red light, the engine is overheated and must be shut down immediately.
