For the removal of the front hinge of the rear suspension of the Citroen C4 vehicle: Remove the nut bolt from the car. Remove the nut bolt and remove the retaining bracket to the back edge of the back suspension bracket. 0543-C1 and a "0543-E2" cone hinge pin of the "0543-A4" hinge pin net mounting plate, "0543-B 1", rail-supported "0543-F3" and two "0543-G2" hinges to the new hinge, tightening the hinge with the mounting bracket and retaining the mounting bracket with the mounting plate "0543-D2" and retaining the rod-bolt "0543-C1". Insert a guide rod "0543-F3" in the "R" hole (for the right lever) or in the "L" hole (for the left lever).Pressing the hinge of the support bracket to the support bracket, tightening the retaining bolt "0543-C1" until the hinge pin is removed.
- Remove the back suspension beam from the car.
- Remove the nut and remove the attachment of the support bracket to the rear suspension beam.
- Apply the 0543-B3, 0543-C1 rail screw and the 0543-C1 bracket to the support bracket, and the 0543-E2 rod to the rear.
- Pressing the hinge pin from the back edge of the back suspension beam with the rod bolt "0543-C 1".
- Remove the 0543-B3 rail-weight, 0543-C1 and the 0543-E2 cones from the support bracket of the rear suspension bracket.
- In order to install the front hinge pin of the rear suspension lamp, it is necessary to install the hinge pin "0543-A4", guide/pillar "0543-B 1", guide "0543-F3", and two bolts "0543-G2" to the new hinge, tightening the bolts with an average effort.
- Position the hinge on the support bracket and secure the guide plate "0543-D2" and the drive bolt "0543-C1".
- Insert a guide rod "0543-F3" in the "R" hole (for the right lever) or in the "L" hole (for the left lever).
- Preset the hinge at the support arm, tightening the drive bolt "0543-C1" until it stops.
- Remove all devices used in the joints of the hinge.
- Install the support bracket on the beam and fix the bolt and the new nut without prolonging them permanently.
- Install the rear suspension beam on the vehicle.
- Set the vehicle suspension to the middle position.
- Tightening the bolts and bolts of the support bracket to the back suspension beam 75 Nm.
