To change the stabilizer bar on the Chevrolet Captiva, you need to:

(1) Cease the car and remove the wheel.

2) Wet your rack connections using WD-40

3) Holding the key "on 17" with the key "on 19" unscrew the two stabilizer nuts.

4) With the help of the second jack, lift the lever together with the rack cabinet to remove it.

5) Install a new frame and manually roll the nuts.

(6) Delete the second jack and permanently tighten the nuts of the keys.

(7) Remove the wheel and remove the jack.
