
On the bottom cover of the steering column, there is a carrot in the recessed column that needs to be twisted. Then you need to pull the top and bottom cover down of the steering column.
There is a gap between the apparatus and the steering column and the sides of which the carrots are located-they have to be twisted. You can see the latch by the speedometer over the instrument panel. It needs to be unbuckling, and the device's toning is no problem.
