Continuing the topic of tyre pressure monitoring systems, I want to tell you about the sad experience of my friend. I have long benefited from the pressure and temperature control system in the tires of the company named Karax TPMS CRX-1002. My good friend was very interested in my system and systems of this kind in general, but it was stopped by the price. As a result, he decided to acquire TPMS TPMSter Smart Tyres. The price of 4,500 rubles is enough for him. Here's what the box looks like:

Very neat plastic packaging. It's pretty nice inside, too, nice to see.

The sensors are decent. Here's one of them in a disassembled form:

She was a little confused about the battery, which is very stickup. Okay, well, she's still protected by a lid. The remaining shortcomings were "surfacing" later, during the operation.

The nipple was looking pretty good, too. The man fixed it all over the rules (band of groovy, rubber duster).

In the salon, the monitor is inserted into the cigarette lighter.

And I think it's great and you can enjoy life, but no!The content was much more painful than the covers. I'm gonna try to describe all the pros and cons.

Let' s start with the cons (as they are, unfortunately, more):

1. On the first night, one of the wheels flushed the sensor-corrected it, tightened it harder.

2. For some reason, after travelling along the road at a decent speed, the pressure in the wheels was decreasing (the only way to correct it was to reduce the speed).

3. Sensors were fallious, sometimes just unreal information. For example, a buddy drove about 120 km, and the sensors started to show 2.5 pressure (at 1.8 start). It was true, then, and began to show about 2.0, which is more like the truth. After a while, the situation was repeated.

4. Some time later, a friend began whining, that the cigarette lighter's nest was always occupied, and there was no way of feeding the monitor from the tail network (the problem was a splitter of the cigarette lighter, but his friend was uncomfortable: he interfered with him, and the monitor was sometimes obnoxable)

5. In the course of the operation it became clear that another disadvantage was the aluminum carvings of the sensor. The following happened: after driving (or more) with these transducers of the month four, the man had to pump the wheel, and it seemed like a simple operation would turn into hell. The sensor stubbornly didn' t want to turn around! Let me remind you that the materials of the aluminum sensor-aluminum, the material of the nipple-brass, swimming (or quakking) is inevitable. All of this happened after the frosts in the -20 years, perhaps in the summer that would not have happened. As a result, one sensor is broken when trying to spin off, the other three are crushed by inconceivable manipulations and chemistry.

Now about the pros.

In my opinion, plus only one is the price of the system. However, after observing the torments of his friend, I decided for myself that saving in this case is not very appropriate!
