If a cleaning fluid level sensor is not installed on the vehicle, it can be installed on its own.

The operation will require a cleaning fluid level sensor and a sealing ring for it, a connector from the back of Lada Kalina, about 4 meters of the wire. It is more convenient and safer to use a lift or a "pit". The sensor will be good, for example, from Opel. His number is 12 38 401.

First, remove the front wheel and front cover. The tank itself is fixed on the three screws. They need to be turned off, the pump pump outlet and the omizer pipe removed and the bachok removed.

Then, determine where to install the sensor. It needs to be done just above the risk of the lowest level of liquid when the pump stops pumping. The optimum level of liquid at which the warning signal is to be activated, from 0.5 to 1 litre.

The sensor should be made with a drill hole, a sensor to be installed, and it is additionally sealed to prevent leaks.

One sensor of the cleaning fluid level sensor should be connected to the black wire of the ombinder ("minus")and the other one to pull out the diagnostic connectors to the left wing and to pass through the cable hole for the cable lock into the passenger compartment. To do this, you have to remove the left front wheel and the steps. There is a white slot in the passenger compartment near the fuse box. This is an EPS connector (cable amplifier). The wire must be connected to the second contact (black wire with an orange stripe). The EPS lamp will now be lit with a low level of cleaning fluid.

You need to gather everything in reverse sequence. It's important to make sure that the covers are secure and that all the clips are in place.
