1. A heating element for the heating of the mirrors with their hands
This will require tungsten threads, a stable temperature of the substrate, and a soldering-iron skills.
2. Buy a finished heating element for rear-view mirrors
The heating elements are universal, intended for use on several models with similar shape and size of rear-view mirrors, or intended for a particular model. It is important to select a universal heating element so that it is slightly less than the mirror of the rearview mirror. If the shell of the heating element is cut, it is unsealed and the heating element will not last longer.
It is better to acquire finished heating elements than to try to make them with their own hands. The construction will be more reliable and the price will be practically non-different.
In order to install the heating element by hand, it is necessary to remove the mirror from the car, carefully remove the mirror element, to adhesive on the inside of the heating element and to remove the wires, which through the button must be connected to the vehicle's vehicle network.
