VAZ cars are often faced with turnover problems. Very often, the owners of the VAZ complain about a drop in the turnover, in which the machine is starting to vibrate, and it seems to be about to die. The turnover of VAZ may fall in different situations, respectively, and the reason for the decline in turnover may differ in each case. Consider only the main failures and their possible causes. Why is VAZ with a carburetor (2104, 2105, 2106, 2107, 2108, 2109) at idling speed?
- To begin with, experienced carburettor owners are advised to sell and clean the carburetor because the instability of idle speed is very often caused by its pollution.
- In addition, a check should be made of the level of the fuel in the carburetor buoyant chamber.
- It is also necessary to check the condition of the gasket between the carburettor and the screw propeller. If the pad is worn out, it must be replaced.
- Idle idle speed may also be associated with failure of the idling screw.

- In this case, the test should start with sensors that in one way or another affect the stability of the idle VAZ: the idle controller, the colenshaft position sensor, the mass flow sensor, and so on. If the sensors are not self-tested, the diagnostic service should be contacted.
- If the sensors are normal, the experienced VAZ owners are advised to clean the injector.
- In addition, the fuel line pressure as well as the filter condition should be checked.
- The idle speed of the ACV may also fall due to the poor condition of the spark plugs or problems with the high voltage wires-their serviceability should also be checked.
- Another common reason why the idling speed of the VAZ is likely to fall is a fuel-efficient fueling.
