The VAZ vehicles often have crane problems that require the replacement of the heater crane. Most often, the owners of the VAZ 2108, 2109, 21099, 2110, 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114 and 2115 are faced with a leak of a crane of a heater or a crane "kitty" (or "boil" as they are still called). In both cases, the VAZ crane should be removed and replaced.
It is recommended to replace the heater faucet with a pit or a lift. To replace the baking faucet, you need to do the following:
- a set of keys and a screwdriver
- empty packagings to drain the coolant,
- silicone sealant,
- WD-40,
- the new replacement crane to replace (it is best to select ceramic, with a set of rubber gaskets).
To replace the VAZ crane, you need to do the following:
1. Cooling coolant.
2. Find the patrons on the crane to weaken their hinges. If the threaded connection of the homing is not to be released, the WD-40 should be cleaned and processed.
3. Delete both tubes. At this point, it is better to have a cooling fluid under the arm, since some of the oJ may be forced out of the tubes.
4. In the salon, remove the side molding from the torpedo and roll out the patrons.
5. Back in the car, unscrew the hinges of the crane.
6. return to the passenger compartment again, pull the heater faucet, remove the locking tab, and remove the cable from the crane.
7. The old crane can then be removed and a new crane installed. The crust of the stove on the VAZ is removed from the side of the passenger compartment and it is necessary to pull in the direction of the passenger.
8. Before tightening the attachment of the new crane, the cable should be connected first, as it would be very difficult to do so after the crane is crouched.
After the installation of the new heater crane is complete, the cooling liquid should be flooded, and the cooling system for air traffic shall be checked.
