In the case of Santa Fe engines, 2.0 and 2.4 litres, the engine oil shall be modified as follows:
1) Preheat the engine to the operating temperature and dampness it.
2) Open the filler neck and then unscrew the cork.
(3) Sour old oil and curvature of the cork. The sealing washer is new and we also stick to the right moment of congestion-35-45 Nm.
4) The filter shall be removed and new (12-16 Nm) shall be removed.
(5) Fill the new oil-volume of about 4.5 liters. If the filter does not change about 3 l. If the oil is above the maximum level, the excess should be merged, as this could lead to the appearance of air bubbles in the system, as well as problems with the catalyst.
