To install the fuel filter on the Honda Civil, 8 remove the rear seat by unlocking the "M6" anchorage. Remove the access panel from the floor. Detach the 4Rs plug from the fuel tank and the quick disconnects from the fuel pump unit. Then unscrew the fuel tank throat. Remove the fuel filter from the tank and click the bottom cover. Move to a new filter, pressure regulator, fuel pump and gas pump.
