To remove the oil pump Mazda 3 (I) needs: Remove and remove the bottom cover of the cooling system. Then drain the cooling fluid from the engine. Remove and dock the expansion unit of the cooling system for the comfort of the operation. Remove the power from the hose assemblies and hose assemblies with hoses and hose assemblies. Then remove the right front wheel for the comfort of the drive. The generator; the engine coolant pump; the gas distribution engine's actuator chain. Then remove the oil pump and the gasket. Install all in reverse order. When installing the oil pump, liquid into the engine cooling system. Start the engine and check the absence of the oil leak. Check the pressure and the oil level. Check the engine speed and engine speed setting at idle.

  • Deactivate the CCM and unmount the bottom cover along with the spray.
  • Then drain the coolant from the engine.
  • Maintain and secure the expansion of the chilling system for ease of use.
  • Remove the beam from the GRM with hoses and the hydro-amplifier with hoses and tubes.
  • Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector.
  • The oil valve and the cable-management arm shall be used for ease of operation.
  • Further remove the right front wheel; drive belt; air filter body, PCM unit, and intake air duct; pump-ignition; generator; coolant pump; chain of gas distribution mechanism.
  • Then remove the oil pump and gasket.
  • Set everything in reverse order.
  • If the oil pump is installed, liquid into the engine cooling system.
  • Start the engine and check for no oil leak.
  • Check the pressure and the oil level.
  • Check the setting of the ignition timing and engine speed at idle.
