Test the R18A radiator on the Honda Civil 8 only on the cold engine. To test the heat sink carefully, remove the heat sink cover and remove the coolant to the base of the filler neck. Then connect the radiator pressure tester using the H-901122-09 converter to connect the tester. Apply pressure 93 to 123 kPa. Check for leaks of coolant and pressure drop. Remove the tester and twist the heat sink. Also ensure that there is no oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil.
