As RAV4 has a permanent front-wheel drive and it is fully pluggable, it can be operated without any of the shaft, but with increased caution. Occasionally, a high temperature warning may appear when the front axle is thrashing (the error is reset to zero after the roll back of the shaft of this shaft). In case of a cardan roll, it is better not to overcome various obstacles (e.g. high bearings) on the car and do not enter the corners at high speed.
