The owners of VAZ vehicles are often confronted with situations where the valve replacement is required. The valve may be bent due to a GRM-belt (a belt motor with a belt motor) or a reconnected chain, the valve leg may be worn too much, and the valve may burn or the plate may be cracked.
Replacement of valve in VAZ vehicles with an 8-valve motor ("classic" 2105, 2106 and 2107; family "Samara" 2108, 2109 and 21099; "tenth" family 2110, 2111 and 2112; "New Samara" 2113, 2114 and 2115) can be done with their own hands. The main thing is to have the necessary tools and skills to work with the car.
The following tool will be needed to replace a valve in the valve engine VAZ ("classic", both "Samara", "tenth" family):
- The valve of the valve (a special instrument through which the valve is removed),
- The asant of the oil cap.
- A key to deploy the GBT (head on 13 with a steum and an extension cord).
The method of replacing the valves is almost identical for most VAZ models.
1. To gain access to valves, the gas distribution shaft shall be removed from the head.
2. Remove pushers (motors "classicers").
3. Commit the head to the heels of the gas-distribution shaft. The plate of the valve should be placed under the plate.
4. Delete the fastenings. This operation should be carried out very carefully: if the head of the bar suddenly sings, the hard springs "spit out" the suhars with such force that you risk it afterwards just not to find it.
5. When both are removed, a plate with springs can be removed.
6. Eject persistent plates under springs. In the "classic" they are removed immediately and without superfluous action, and "Samara" and "Dozens" will have to remove the valve of the valve (it will need a special instrument-capture).
7. Free the valve, remove them. If some valves do not change, they should be marked so that there is no confusion during the installation (each old valve will need to be placed in the same cylinder from which it was extracted). Usually, the dots are used as the marker on the plate of the plate: one point-the first cylinder, two-second, etc.
8. The installation of the valves and the subsequent assembly shall be reversed. Note that you only need to sue the valve using a special tool.
If you install the old valves, they need to be cleared of the tan if the new valves are to be cleaned so that there is no leakage of petrol or air into the closed combustion chamber.
