Oxygen sensor on Santa Fe changes the voltage depending on the oxygen concentration in the exhaust. To verify that it is working, measure it by using a GTS type scanner:
-We need to increase the speed of the engine to 4,000 rpm and then drop the pedal abruptly. The nominal voltage must be 4000 to 5000 mV.
-Then we need to dramatically increase engine speed. The tension is going to fall to 500 to 100 mV.
-The idle speed of the engine shall be warm and at 2000 rpm the nominal voltage is 500 to 4,500 mV.
