Everyone is familiar with the situation when the frosty morning must sweat, trying to scrape the ice crust off the windshield. It was formed from the water on the windshield after the engine shut down and the snow had fallen during the night. Cork can be so tough and tough, that scraps of scraps. Some try to melt it with a liquid fluid, but they're spoilt the wipers that cross the ice.

To get rid of such problems, it is necessary to purchase a car with heated windshield. The heating of the windshield is not quite the way the heating of the rear window is. If the heating thread is visible on the back of the thread, glued to the outside of the glass and varnishly covered, the threads are bonded to the windscreen, that is, between layers of glass. These threads are made as invisible as possible, but in sunny weather or in an attempt to make a photo through the windshield, they manifest themselves.

The heating of the glass is occupied by almost all of its area. As a rule, the heated segment is rectangular and the corners of the glass remain untouched, but due to the high power of heating the corner of the glass is also warmed up and the entire ladle is going completely. The heating of the windshield is more resistant to damage than the heat of the rear window, but the cracks and can totally disable it or deactivate the damaged segment. The windshield is not repaired and the glass will have to be replaced.

Many car manufacturers offer heating in the parking area of the wipers as a more affordable alternative to heating the windshield. This makes it possible to avoid breakage of the motor-engine's motor pool: many include the adjacent caretans and the motor is burned. Also relives the necessity of "tapping" the wipers to knock off ice.

In most cars, the heated windshield is placed on a separate button, but models are found where it is combined with a heated rear view mirror.
