To dismantle the DDPs, first of all, it is necessary to remove the belt and the automatic tenor of the belt, as well as two adjacent series of water pumps and ventilator.
Next, do the following:
1. Remove the housing of the TDP;
2. Set a pulley to the OT marker, through the oil filler neck in the bulkhead cover, to check that the shaft also has a correct position (by label);
3. On the side of the engine (on the opposite side), remove the vacuum modulator arm, disconnect all fuel lines and electrical connections;
4. The rotation of the crank of the crankshaft shall be placed above the bolts by the ticking arrows;
5. Light the attachment of an asterisk;
6. At the turn, remove all the bolts and remove the pump.
The installation of the DHBs shall be reversed. At the same time, it is very important to check the clip-nuts on the star-after curling it with a little hammer, and if necessary reengage.
