The Nissan X-Trail 2 fuel filter is part of the gas pump and is located under the rear seat. To replace the filter, you must open the rear doors and flex the rear left seat cushion. Then, you need to unscrew the nut that is holding the fuel pump and get it. You can now easily replace the filter. It's going backwards.
