To release the exhaust manifold to the Honda Civil: 8 Reset the pressure on the radiator and drain the cooling fluid. Remove the panel under the cover. Then remove the hose from the absorber vapor tank (EVAP) and the vacuum hose of the brake amplifier. Unmount the battery leak. Remove the fuel supply hose. Remove the oil management valve. Removing the cover of the intermediate shaft. Disassemble the exhaust manifold. Removing the cap and attachment of the exhaust manifold. When installing the exhaust manifold, tighten the bolts and nuts starting with the inner bolt and moving the "cross-cross". To check the leakage, turn the ignition back to the "ON" (II) position, not including the starter, to enable the fuel pump to work for two seconds and to create a pressure in the fuel line. Repeat this procedure two or three times, then perform a verification at all points of the fuel system on the fuel leakage. Fill the cooling liquid into the radiator and remove the air from the cooling system when the heater valve is open.

  • Reset the fuel pressure.
  • Loosen the cork on the radiator and drain the coolant.
  • Remove the panel under the cover.
  • Then remove the hose from the Absorber Fuel hoses (EVAP) and the vacuum tube of brake amplifier.
  • Unmount the quick disconnect cover, then disconnect the fuel feed.
  • Hose the hoses of the heating plant.
  • Remove the electromagnetic valve control valve.
  • Remove the cover of the intermediate shaft.
  • Unmount the exhaust manifold by removing the cap and attachment of the exhaust manifold.
  • When installing the exhaust manifold, tighten the bolts and nuts starting from the inner bolt and moving the "cross-cross".
  • Perform a further installation in the reverse order.
  • To test the leaks, turn the ignition locking system to the "ON" (II) position, not including the starter, to enable the fuel pump to work for two seconds and to create a pressure in the fuel line.
  • Repeat this procedure two or three times, then check all points of the fuel system for fuel leaks.
  • Fill the coolant with the radiator and remove the air from the cooling system when the heater valve is open.
